THE CASE

Advance, the veterinarian-approved brand sold only in specialized retailers, had one challenge:

 

To get pet owners familiarized with the science and clinical rigueur of pet care, in a category where the emotional link between owners and their pets is the usual communication code.

To achieve this, we decided to incorporate content into our communication strategy, a first for our brand.  Because it is only by knowing and understanding the needs of our pets, that we will be able to take the best decisions for them.  We wanted to empower pet owners through knowledge.  A big challenge!

We used infotainment to explain complex elements in a simple and easy manner. 
We capitalized on a specific tone that allowed us to create a new communication code that was never seen in our category.

So we launched: Pet Talks by Advance. 

A divulgation platform that uses content to explains in in a fun and easy way, how we can improve the lives of our pets

Pet Talks was hosted by a famous Spanish TV host and we invited consumers, influencers, the media, and other well know faces like actor Miguel Bernadeau and the stylist Natalia Ferviú. 

We produced Pet Talks like a television production and we streamed its content live, transforming the experience in a transmedia ecosystem.

With PET TALKS, Advance managed to innovate in their category and to position itself as a credible expert, closer to the client’s needs.  It has also invented a new way to relate with it’s consumers, empowering them through knowledge.
